1. Who Sends These Texts

SiteFlow is job management software built and operated by Navya Lab (Tech Savvy 200 Inc.). Stone fabrication companies use SiteFlow to schedule visits and keep their customers updated about their projects.

SiteFlow sends text messages on behalf of Top Marble & Granite LLC (TMG Stone Design), a countertop fabrication and installation company at 4005 Westfax Dr Ste G, Chantilly, VA 20151, phone (703) 225-8831. Every text starts with the company name “Top Marble and Granite” and is signed “The Top Marble and Granite Team,” so recipients always know who it is from.

2. Who Receives Texts

• Customers who asked Top Marble & Granite for countertop, backsplash, vanity, shower or fireplace stone work, and who agreed to get texts about that project.
• Top Marble & Granite employees (field technicians and installers) who receive their own job assignments by text.

We do not text purchased lists, leads from third parties, or anyone who has not agreed to receive messages.

3. What the Texts Are About

All messages are about a customer's own project. There is no marketing or promotional content.

• Choosing, confirming or changing an appointment: in-home measurement (templating) visits, installations and follow-up visits.
• Notice that a countertop or slab proposal is ready to review and approve.
• Requests to approve a change to the project.
• Short updates and replies from the Top Marble & Granite team about the project.
• For employees only: new, changed or customer-booked jobs, with the date, time, site address and directions.

4. How Customers Opt In (Verbal Consent)

Customers give consent out loud when they share their mobile number with Top Marble & Granite: over the phone at (703) 225-8831, during the free in-home consultation, or at the Chantilly showroom. Before staff enter a mobile number for texts, they read this script:

• Staff save the mobile number for texts only after the customer clearly says yes.
• If the customer says no, the team uses phone calls or email instead. Agreeing to texts is never required to get an estimate or buy anything.
• Employees agree to job texts the same way when their mobile number is added to SiteFlow, and they can reply STOP at any time.

5. Message Frequency, Rates & Keywords

• Frequency: Message frequency varies. Texts are sent only when something happens on the project, such as a visit being booked or a proposal being ready.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. You will get one confirmation and no more texts.
• Opt back in: Reply START or UNSTOP.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
